I am here to support people to RE-DISCOVER, CONNECT WITH & EMBODY the authentic version of themselves, so that they can live aligned life and create a ripple effect of positive transformation.
In 2021 I came across Human Design that has changed my life. So much so, that I decided to share with others. I passionately believe in the power of Human Design in supporting us on the journey to our-most authentic-selves and giving us a permission-slip to BE truly ourselves.

I find that experimenting with Human Design helps people to tune inwards and to:
• recognise the innate gifts & talents
• take the power back by listening to the inner authority to make decisions
• follow the breadcrumbs to create an aligned and purposeful life that they desire

In addition to Human Design, I am a Silent Counselling Practitioner. It is a form of Rapid Energy Release, and it has many amazing applications. In my practice, I use it to help clients to move through fear and un-resourceful beliefs that stop them from stepping into their full, authentic version of themselves. And the great thing is that we don't need to talk about it at
all! We use muscle testing, meridian points and breathing technique - all rooted in the body's wisdom to release any stuck energy to help with transformation.

Sarah Jane studied Fine Art Painting at Carmarthen School of Art, graduating in 2010 with a first-class honours degree. In 2020, she was awarded full membership of the Guild Society of Artists, part of the Fine Art Trade Guild. She has exhibited in many solo and group shows. Highlights include prestigious exhibitions with The Royal Cambrian Academy in North Wales, The Royal Society of Marine Artists and The Discerning Eye at London's Mall Galleries.
Sarah Jane sells her original paintings and a range of prints on her website. She also holds regular open studio events and painting workshops at her spacious studio on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Sam has experienced many pivots in both her professional and family life. Joining the Army at 16 years old Sam had an 11 year career serving in the military and experiencing all the pivots and challenges that brings.

Since leaving over 15 years go Sam has experienced many highs and lows, and now focuses on empowering women and business owners in the south west to take control of their financial futures. Episode 19 : Checking in with your ‘why’, getting in tune with your body and learning to balance your masculine and female energy to feel fulfilled and in alignment with Gemma Williams

Gemma began her yoga journey aged 16 at her local leisure centre, and has since travelled and attended many courses and training furthering her study and passion to learn about life. Gem now leads yoga teacher training courses and retreats for women.

Aged 21 she travelled around the world meeting magical healers, crystal workers, shamanic elders and guides. Since then her understanding of energy and this cosmic world just keeps expanding. Gem is a Reiki Master and trained Spiritual Healer. Gem also works with crystals and her spirit guides.
Gem has also studied extensively learning about the physical body. She is a fully qualified personal trainer, Sports massage therapist, Ayurvedic massage therapist and Thai Yoga massage therapist. She has also studied nutrition and gut health.
Gem works closely with the natural rhythms of nature, menstrual rhythms, and ayurvedic practices. She works intuitively looking at how the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies are working together and how best to bring healing.

Starting 26 years ago in retail working in fashion, beauty, childrenswear and sport - including M&S, Kingfisher, Burton Group, Mothercare and JJB Sports - she built a reputation as a formidable sales driver, leadership role model and innovator.

Moving into the pub sector 10 years ago working for Greene King she led the business through enormous changes and at the most successful financial period in the groups history as a Managing Director for their Premium, Urban and Venture Brands. Karen left GK this Summer and is now undertaking consultancy work and progressing a portfolio career.

Externally she is well know as a leader in the hospitality sector for the role she has played as an ally for Inclusion - culminating in her winning the European Diversity Champion of the Year last year and Role model for inclusion for WiHtL 2022 as well as Guardian Pride Powerlist Ally for 2 years running in 2021/22.

In our four years, almost five years in business, chapati club has attracted a loyal, diverse clientele of regular 'clubbers' who value the inclusivity of the restaurant, whether they are dining with family, friends or indeed alone."
